For the iPhone Jailbreak version, you will need to have physical access to the phone or tablet you want to monitor once. After installing the app on the target device, you can see all data without touching the target device.

Yes, you can install the NetSpy software on as many smartphones and tablets as you want to as long as you buy separate subscriptions for each device. As a thumb rule, you can only monitor one device under one license or subscription.

Yes, you can reinstall the software on the target phone in case it gets stolen or replaced as long as your subscription is valid. However, only one device can be monitored under one license or subscription at a time.

You can uninstall the NetSpy software from the target phone or tablet by contacting one of the Customer Support agents.
1How do I start monitoring the target phone or tablet?
You can start monitoring by logging into your NetSpy account. Your NetSpy account details will be emailed to you once you make the purchase.
2How long will it take for data to be uploaded to my account?
Data that’s recorded from the target device will be uploaded to your NetSpy account every 24 hours after the last backup on iCloud. Data on iCloud is backed up automatically if the device is connected to WIFI, locked and plugged in. Recorded data will display after 3 automatic backups. To check the last back up details: settings→ iCloud→ Storage and Backup→ Last Backup
3Can NetSpy access deleted text messages?
All post backup text messages, SMS and iCloud messages can be accessed with NetSpy even if they are deleted from the target device. Any data that is deleted prior to backup cannot be retrieved.
4Is there a data upload limit on NetSpy software?
No, there is no data upload limit and you can enjoy unlimited storage on your NetSpy Control Panel.
5Can I monitor data from my own phone?
Yes, you can remotely monitor target phone or tablet from your own phone, too. However, for best monitoring experience, we do not recommend monitoring through phone.

Once you log into your NetSpy Control Panel, you can check all uploaded data categorized under relevant tabs. Navigate within the tabs to check phone call logs, SMS, IM chats, web browsing data and location stats.
